    I Also Recommend:

Buy a real Beatles Album, Not This One...

I admit it; I got fooled by not reading the packaging carefully enough on this one. I thought it was a Beatles album, but it turned out to be the Cir de Sole renditions of Beatles material instead. If that is what you are looking for, bully for you. If you want the Beatles hits in a recognizable format, then don't buy this album. I was very disappointed with it.

Gets One Star Only Because I Can't Give it Cancer

If I were allowed to accomplish only one successful venture in the course of my life, I would choose to wipe the Beatles from the face of the earth. LOVE, the miserable remix and rerelease of the world's most overrated and unjustly sainted "music," is perhaps the most deplorable abomination ever to be burned onto laser disk. Only when the putrification that is the pop and delusion of the Beatles catalog had finally begun to be mercifully drained from the forefront of the music scene, does some faustian conspirator devise such an atrocity as a full reinjection of such a rat plague into the American blood stream. Plastic surface-bobbing ditties at best, every song on LOVE should have been relegated to rejected Sesame Street skits sometime in the last millennium. The world needs new music to reveal the complex, mutable conditions in which we all must exist, not the hypnosis of lyrics so simplisistic and didactic that they might as well have dribbled off the rotten lips of a second-hand peddler, shipping false hope off the back of his manure-caked wagon. If you want to make the world a better place, buy a copy of LOVE and melt it before a group of school children. It's the least you could do to save them from a future of illusion and fanatical idiocy.

I was going to purchase this CD for my wife. (Big Beatle Fan). We heard a couple of the songs and we were shocked at how they ruined them. LOVE deserves a ZERO. The dog even ran out of the room.... Enjoy the original songs, save your money
