Amnesia, 5 years of memories lost, what do you do if this happen

Amnesia, 5 years of memories lost, what do you do if this happens to you? You run! You run when you find out how alone you are and how lonely your job and your surroundings make you.

Felicity cannot believe her life is so barren. The last memories she has take her back 5 years to when she broke up with her boyfriend Brendon. She has no memories and no knowledge of being engaged to be married to her boss, Rick. He is in a coma and there is nothing to tell her their relationship is more than business.

Loved the scene on the deserted island. After going on survival mode, both characters embark in the fulfillment of primal desires. Great scenes follow with Rick trying to win Felicity over and make her fall in love with him once again.

You never know what life has in store for you. When Rick McCarth

You never know what life has in store for you. When Rick McCarthy and his business partner and fiancée, Felicity Williams, are injured in a rock climbing accident, everything changes. When Rick recovers, he finds that Felicity had left without a word. She has no memory of the last five years of her life. She doesn't remember that they were lovers and wants to have a new life. Rick needs to understand why she left both him and her job. He hires a Private Investigator to locate her. Anna Beard has found Felicity, who is working on a cruise ship. Rick approaches her using an assumed identity. She doesn't know him and she can't understand the strong attraction between them. Will they find love again? Do they have a future together? Michele de Winton has written an emotional story of love lost and second chances. Felicity is such a sassy lady. She keeps Rick on his toes. I loved the nickname (Cashypants) that she gave him. Her personality has changed. She now embraces life and love to the fullest. Rick is deeply wounded by the death of his brother from leukemia. He wants to honor Tom by helping to find a cure. This book balances humor and pathos. This book steals your heart with a very touching romance. I loved it.

When I started this I thought it was going to be a light read. It was much more full of angst that I had anticipated. (And that's a good thing)

The book starts out with Rick. He's woken up after being in a coma as a result of a climbing accident to find out his business partner/fiance who was also in the accident left him while he was in the hospital. He's bitter that she left him like that, and he needs her to sign off on a business deal. He finds out she's working on a cruise ship and comes up with a plan to go to her and get her to sign.

Felicity woke up after the accident with no memory of the last several years. She's told she has a fiance she doesn't remember. She goes back to an empty home, and an empty life. Her amnesia has put her back to when she was grieving the loss of her parents. She's desperate to escape the loneliness. She boards a cruise ship since her happiest memories were sailing with her parents.

During the story I kept flip flopping on who was the victim and who I felt more sorry for. At the conclusion you see that it all worked out better in the end but as I said it had more depth than I was expecting and for that I loved it

With passion, intimacy, banter, humour and touching moments bala

With passion, intimacy, banter, humour and touching moments balanced with those that pull on the heartstrings, Love Lost and Found is a journey of rediscovery, self-acceptance and trust.

Sexy, witty, determined and just downright lovely CEO Rick McCarthy is missing his Head of Finance and fiancée. Literally missing. As in nowhere to be found. Sassy, sweet and funny Felicity Williams was said CFO and fiancée, albeit for a short while before an accident put him in a coma for several weeks. He wakes, she's vanished and when his PI finds her living on a cruise ship, he discovers his lady hasn't a clue who he is or what they had. She's lost the last 5 years of her life, but he will move heaven and earth to make her heart remember what her head may not...

This was a book where you grew to love the characters as the story progressed. With boatloads of chemistry, witty repartee, some nice steamy content and a beautiful setting, I swooned, laughed, sighed happy sighs over Rick's actions and at times wanted to shake some sense into Felicity! I was desperate for a happy reunion!

A wonderful couple, a wonderful sweet sexy journey and will certainly read more from Michele de Winton in the future (apparently there is a book before this in the series which I am now off to purchase). Well worth reading.
