Great for getting those last few pounds off or a complete life style change
I purchased this books a few years back and still refer to it as I try to maintain my weight loss. I like this dummies book because it takes into account how real life is and that most people are still going to eat take out or fast food every blue moon, so it is nice to have a way to eat something that is a little unhealthy but not fee like you've ruined all your progress.
