    Delicious

    I love this book. The recipes are delicious and so easy to make. The book has step for step pictures which I think it's great. I use this book at least once a week! I love it!

    A update, of an update, of an update

    This book began life a long time ago! When it arrived I thought the layout and format recipes were familiar. And they were! In 2002 Lorenz Books released an oversized version by the same title with 220 recipes - Christine France was listed as the author. Look on the cover page of the 2002 book, however and you will see that it was originally printed in 1996 as 'The Ultimate Low Fat Low Cholestreol Cookbook.' This version, with 400 recipes instead of 220 was published in 2003 as a B&N special. The cover page here indicates that it was originally published as 'Fat Free Low Fat Cooking.' So now I have a large version with bigger pictures but fewer recipes. Not exactly what I had in mind. Previous rwleases notwithstanding, either version is a nice guide to healthy eating. Comes with an international flavor to the selections and a color picture of every one.

    Best Guide For Low-Fat Cooking

    As a person who is restricted to 80% of the average calories per day (1600 vs. 2000), I have to watch everything I eat & this cookbook helps tremendously.

    Fantastic recipes and clear explanations!

    I love this recipe book! The recipes are clearly explained, with lots of photos, and -- even better -- they are VERY tasty too. This book has inspired me to cook again after buying expensive and unhealthy ready-made meals for too long. The caloric information is helpful. I highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to cook tasty and healthy meals.
