    Awesome

    >> Another great addition to the Fallout series! The action, gore, suspense, humor, and heartbreak. Very much looking forward to more Azile- and another who I won't mention to avoid spoilers ;)
I laughed and I cried- always a sign of a good book.

Lycan Fallout is the first book which somewhat continues after Z

Lycan Fallout is the first book which somewhat continues after Zombie Fallout. If you don’t like zombies but want a fun action book come on down. If you liked the Mike Talbot character from Zombie Fallout then you should probably read this as he’s just as much of smart ass here as he was there. The book has a familiar cast of characters and is good fun. It has a good balance of action and moving the story along and made me laugh in a number of places. I can’t wait to see what happens in book number 2!

    Very interesting for Mike

Tufo has turned to a slightly new genre and it worked out pretty well for me. Mike certainly hasn't changed much, which is sort of why I have given this 4 starts out of 5. This book falls into the same trap as the previous series where we see a lack of willingness to kill off anyone that's too close to Mike. I know...I know...he's got a guilt complex that's larger then the grand canyon, but for the majority of those that didn't make it, they were mostly bit players (save for his daughters bf in fallout).

This is another solid book though and well worth the money. If Tufo keeps writing 'em I'll keep buying 'em. But I would like to see a slightly darker side which Mike seems to be embracing due to his current situation. And scoring with the witch was pretty awesome too...sorry Tracy, but 150 years, a man has needs.

    more from this reviewer

    I Also Recommend:

Check out if you are a fan of the Zombie Fallout Series.

Another entertaining story by Mark Tufo. There were some parts when I just wanted to smack Mike for all the self pity and whining. But overall a great start to a new series.

I read the book because I like Mark's work in the Zombie series,

I read the book because I like Mark's work in the Zombie series, however this book is missing the wittiness of the character, the story is too drawn out, and I found myself skipping paragraphs. I gave the book 4 stars because my nook version had the sentences and paragraph skip lines, this was very distracting, which could be why I didn't enjoy the book. I did call the nook help desk, who could not see what I saw, it is a brand new nook, and I did de-register and re-register, which didn't help either.

    Michael Talbot love!

The book was good although I didn't think it was close to the same caliber as the Zombie Fallout books. The new characters introduced in this book felt like mer sketches of people which left no lasting impression of who they actually were. In ZF I loved or hated the characters, in this book I had no vested interest. Loved visiting with Mike again, and Tommy. Thanks for a few days of having them back with me again.
