    Terrible

I had a lot more respect for Matt Hughes before reading this book. It provides little to no facts, and is basically an opinion of his life written by himself. A whole page is dedicated to his telephone log in a day, with no reason behind it or explanation. I bought it on sale for $3, but wish I had not spent even that much. Don't waste your time.

    A quick read

Let me start this off by saying I am not a huge fan of Matt Hughes. I do, however, respect every man that has ever stepped in the cage because I know the grit and mettle it takes and to be one of the greatest champions ever, Hughes has much of my respect. The book is a quick read and provided insight into the world of Matt Hughes. He speaks candidly in the book and offers a first hand view of MMA world.

    MMA legend...

Matt Hughes is an MMA / UFC legend and future Hall of Fame UFC fighter!

Matt Hughes is cocky, it's called the superior confidence of being a dominant champion. That kind of "cocky" confidence, is what gets your hand raised at the end of the fight, these are men, professional fighters that want to break your face more than anything.

His writing isn't perfect, right, that means that the words are straight from Matt, not some note taking editor.

I'm a hardcore UFC fan and I've seen Matt win and I have seen Matt get totally dominated, never has he been disrespectful to an opponent. He earned his place in the UFC and reigned as champion, his glory days are over, but he will "DEFINITELY" be in the UFC Hall of Fame.

It's Matt's life, his story, the ups and downs, the road to the UFC and his personal life. The book is very entertaining, with many funny stories, as well as great fight stories.

If you love the UFC and MMA you'll love this book.
