I cannot say praise this book enough; it's the first one in a while that has made me excited about cooking again. This would be the cookbook I'd bring if I could only bring one with me to a desert island, and I eat meat. I have already tried more recipes in this book than in any other I've owned, and have yet to be disappointed. Some of these recipes require a little bit of work, but so far the finished products have been well worth the effort. Whether you are in the mood for a Chinese, South Asian, Italian or Middle-Eastern dish you'll find it here, and it will be delicious! Happy Cooking! Was this review helpful?
