    Great Purchase!

    I have looked quite some time for an authentic Italian cookbook that would explain some of the "whys" on different ingredients that are used, give a variety of options, and still be user-friendly on a novice cook's level. This is definitely that book! With a unique arrangement of recipes (they go by meal size or occasion rather than by course), you can find exactly what you're looking for regardless of your mood/energy or the even for which you are cooking. I recommend this to anyone not highly skilled in the kitchen, but who loves to learn...and learn Italian in particular.
