Nice little cookbook
I picked this book up on a whim (easy to do at Barnes & Noble) because I love Italian food and it caught my eye. I enjoyed reading the little bit about the different courses, just enough information and the little tidbits about the recipe on the recipe page. What I really enjoy is having a large photo with each recipe and having the prep time and cooking time clearly visible. The pages are visually appealing giving a homey feeling. Many delicious recipes and a few I would never try but that is only because they are meats I do not eat. I feel it was well worth the money I paid for it. A nice addition to my cookbook collection.
