This book can change your life!

If you suffer from depression -- or know someone who does -- Dr. Jane Baxter's enlightening new book is the best $10 you will ever spend in your life! According to a recent report by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, an estimated 1 in 10 U.S. adults suffer from this often-times debilitating mental illness. That sobering statistic should serve as a wakeup call for all Americans. But here's the good news: depression, which disproportionately affects women, minorities and persons 45-64 years of age, is a disease that can be easily treated and even cured. Dr. Baxter's 5-week plan to manage depression through exercise is a win-win for readers. You can learn quickly how to be happy and how to be fit through the same treatment regimen. As someone who has worked very closely with celebrities and other professionals who suffer from depression, I know first hand how important it is to exercise your mind as well as your body. In her easy-to-read book, Dr. Baxter's cutting-edge approach to treating depression and eating disorders is broken down into a common sense, anyone-can-do-it program. For me, it's the Weight Watchers plan for treating depression. It's informative; it's fun to read; and it's destined to be a life changer, if not a life saver, for thousands of people suffering from depression. I highly recommend this book to patients, physicians and therapists.
