    Mmm...pure perfection.

This book started off sort-of slow, I thought it would be boring, but it was actually VERY good, the plot was very believable.

    Hot and Sexy

This is the first book I read of this writer and I ended up buying all her books. It's really hot and sexy. I think her writing technique is really good and there isn't one boring page. Love this book. I strongly recommend her to anyone. Right now I'm done with all her books, can anyone actually recommmend another writer with the same romantic comedy writing technique and storyline? Looking forward to her new book.

    Loved It....

The title of this book caught my eye. I had not read any books by Jennifer Crusie and had not heard anything about her books prior to reading this one. I loved it, it was a very sweet and funny book and just what I needed at the time.. I pick it up in Nov.2000, since then I have read several of the other books by this author and find myself always looking for ones I have not read yet..

    Cute Story

Jennifer Crusie has written a delightful story. It is funny and the characters are delightful. This was my first time reading this author, but it will not be my last!

    Not Jennifer Crusie's best

This is an oldie-but-not-goodie; Jennifer Crusie hadn't gotten her signature style yet. The protagonist is flat, the chemistry isn't believable, and there is none of the humor, warmth, and quirks that set Crusie apart from other chick-lit. However -- if you're not looking for Crusie-ness and just want a simple smooth happily-ever-after, this will fit the bill.

    Manhunting

This is my third Jennifer Crusie book. The first two were Bet Me and Strange Bedperson. Jennifer is my go to writer everytime I feel like reading something romantic, light and funny. Since it is the Valentine's week and after my previous book post. I decided to go pure entertainment. A book without any other agenda but to entertain. A fun and easy to read book.
Kate is a successful businesswoman and attractive. After three failed engagements, she and a friend organized and planned for Kate to go manhunting in a cabin resort where rich, eligible bachelors frequently stay. Yet, even a perfect plan can sometimes not work as well in real life. She did meet a lot of interested bachelors. She also met Jake who always have to save men from Kate.

    Wonderful Entertainment

Jennifer Crusie has awesome, sparkling dialogue, great characters, and pacing that never quits. Under other circumstances it bothers me that I can see the plot coming almost from page one, but with this book (or any of her books)? Not so much. I just enjoy the trip, and I invariably stay up late reading to do it.

    Great Book! Characters are funny

I really liked this book! The characters are well written, have good interactions & are believable. There's a lot of humor in the story as well, some tongue-in-cheek & some outrageous.

The romance is nice without being stupid. I will definitely read more of her books.

    A Perfect Crusie Book

Small, warm, intimate book - a few characters, setting small town & its resort in the spring, snappy dialog & familiar off-beat friends - that resonates. Very nicely done: fun, fast read & yet chunky enough for at least 2 re-reads so far.

    Quick Read

Definitely a predictable, easy-to-read, chic flick. This is my first Jennifer Crusie book, and I will definitely check out some of her other books.

    quick & cute

A quick charming chick lit easy read. Its ending is predictable however the story to get there is enjoyable. Sexual tension mixed with beauty money and a career...Perfect light read for the beach or the airplane!

    Quick and light read

This is the second book I've read from this author, and I liked it more than Faking It. It definitely had moments that made me chuckle, not quite as outrageous as JE's Stephanie Plum series, but more plausible. The ending was a little anti-climatic for me, and it's not quite a swept me off my feet book. Kristian Higgins' books I enjoy more. Overall, it was a quick, light, and fun read.
