    Awesome!

    I pre-ordered this book and received it in the mail a few days ago. I've already made 5 or 6 meals and loved them. There are many meat-less meals which is great. A good buy for anyone looking for healthy food that don't have too many ingredients and none of them take longer than 30mins!

    Awesome recipes - my husband finally eats veggies!!

    I picked this book up because I was struggling with taking off weight for the past 7 years. I have always worked out hard, running and training for 5Ks, 10Ks, and 1/2 marathons as well as sprint triathlons, but my metabolism changed and the weight piled on regardless of my diet and work out efforts.
    After I bought this book, stripped my kitchen of processed food and followed these recipes based on a 1200 Calorie diet, I dropped 27 lbs over 4 months and have kept my weight off over the holidays. I no longer have food cravings and my family (all grown) is also cooking by this book just to stay healthy! (None of them need to lose weight) Every recipes has been tasty. My husband says he feels like he is eating in a gourmet restaurant.
    Every diet I tried over the last 7 years really did not help. Once I lost the weight, I was still eating the same type of processed foods. I feel like we eat "clean" now and feel more energized.

    JILLIAN HITS ANOTHER HOME RUN!!! JUST WHAT WE NEEDED TO KEEP US TRAVELING THE JOURNEY.

    If you know and love Jillian's books or just dabble in her teachings, you are sure to love this one! It perfectly compliments her other books and is actually a welcome addition to my Jillian library. I find her products well written with enough talking to you not at you. She doesnt try to impress you with too much techinical jargon...she lays it on the table tells you why it is good and trys to educate you without turning you into a chem professor. She is also a big supporter of flavor and believes that food should nourish but it is a heck of alot easier to enjoy when it tastes rich and wonderful...so lets make rich & wonderful that won't kill you!

    The book to eat right .

    I think this book is educational and life changing. I think we all should us are local farmers market to buy are fruits and vegatables. jullian has got what it takes to get poeple to eat right. Iam glade she wrote this book.

    I haven't purchased this book yet, but I have her Body Revolution dvd set and it came with a 90 day meal plan that contains 10 breakfast, 15 lunches, and 15 dinners from this book and so far they are amazing. I will be purchasing this book now that I've had a sample of it. All the recipes are yummy, they aren't too time consuming and use minimum ingredients. If you're serioius about changing your diet without compromising on taste you should definietly get this!
