Matchstick Men on Fire
Matchstick was a great book and I would recommend it to anyone. The main characters of this story are Roy and Frankie. Roy is older, and he has experienced and learned a lot from his job. He has obsessive-compulsive disorder, which is one of his weaknesses. Because of this Roy trust no one so he keeps al of his savings in the Bahamas and all of his recent cash in his horse statue at home. Frankie is a newer partner who has been with Roy for about seven years. Being less experienced Frankie spends his money quickly and is always a lot more risky. Compared to Roy, Frankie is catastrophically different. Well, how do they get they get their cash; if you don not already know, as con men! The whole story ends p telling about their past and showing how they con people. After all of that detailed fun, Roy ends up with a daughter he never knew he had before. This plays a big change in events especially in Roy's life. Angela Roy's daughter is thirteen and she makes in for a whole new world of conning for them. Finally everything is going smooth in Roy's eyes and it is until unexpected events happen to make a big score. This book was one of the best books I have ever read and I am glad I read the book first. The plot is new and exciting and will leave you awestruck by the end.Was this review helpful? An entertaining read.
This is an original, clever, funny novel. The prose is lean, the characters are fully developed, and it's hard to put down. It's much more enjoyable than the movie. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS BOOK!!!!
If I could have given this book 10 stars, I would have. "Matchstick Men" is one of the best books I have ever read. Full of interesting characters and more plot twists than you can shake a stick at, this book will keep you reading and with each page, you will be sucked deeper into the con!Was this review helpful?
