Great Way to Explore the Mediterranean Diet!
I have found this book as a good place to start when exploring the Mediterranean diet. In addition to the recipes it includes tips and hints as well as explanations about various ingredients used in cooking as well as how to guidance when working with various ingredients. You can skip through the various chapters and pick and choose recipes that sound good, or just read through it and learn more about the concept of the diet and what it entails.
