    A beautiful book

I really loved this book. It made me want to be Josefina. She was a hard worker on her family's rancho, along with her three older sisters, who she shared great relationships with. There was Ana, the kind, motherly oldest.Francisca who was 'headstrong and impatient'. And Clara the sensible, practical one.Josefina had a lot of adventures too. I would definately reccomend this book to anyone.

    Great book for young girls

I purchased the doll and got the first book in this series. The book tells about the way this young girl lived in 1824 Santa Fe, New Mexico. With a few spanish words (and definition), it is a heartfelt book on Josefina's life with family, friends and feelings.
