Laura Lee Carter deals with compelling issues of midlife, including divorce, losing a job, and health problems. She describes her own experiences in honest, sometimes humorous, ways that always reflect hope and optimism. A good read for people of all ages, but especially for women who are 40 and older. We have all either been there or are heading there in one way or another. The short chapters could be read as a source of inspiration each morning for a month or so.Was this review helpful?
