    Practical Material

    The authors were clever in writing this book. They combed through proven systems to come up with the necessary material for this book minus the interactivity you enjoy in a software program. It also felt like an economics book. About midway, I had to stomach through the rest of the book only because I knew the author's recommendations were derived from current systems that I had used or is currently using. So it felt a little redundant to me. Make no mistake the content of this book is highly informative yet minutely archaic in terms of instruction. Although the content may not fit everyone's way of doing business, however it should appropriately fit the novice practitioner. I really had to find a way to kick start myself to read the second half of the book only due to the fact that when I start something, whether a book or project etc.. I like to finish. I found a little success in reading the second half although I did find myself foraging through to find some useful anecdotes which lead me to reflect some. The authors of the book used the title of the book as a constant affirmation motto throughout. One important objective this book accomplished I would say is empowering folks in having a no nonsense approach to running a business.

    This is a must read for anyone that is a Real Estate Professional!!

    This book will take you to the basics for a solid foundation in the profession. I recommend this book to all Realtors and students who are considering the career. If you follow the steps in this book you WILL succeed. Gary Keller takes you through the models needed to build a sucessful business and offers up easy to follow graphs and charts for you to use in your own business. I will keep this book as a reference and motivation!!

    The best how to do it book ever!

    This is the plan! It puts a real light on what it takes to succeed in the real estate business. People have walked before you.

    A must have book for success minded Realtors

    This book gives a blue print to realtors on how to build and achieve a successful real estate practice. It teaches how to turn selling real estate into a true real estate business. We give this book out to all agents that join our company. Everyone that I speak with that has read this book, say it is the best real estate text book that they have ever read. Gary Keller is a true visionary for the real estate industry.

    Great How-To Book!

    After reading, 'The Millionaire Real Estate Agent,' I gotta tell you it all sounds pretty darn good to me. Very educational reading and highly recommended!

    My only complaint is how short this book was! I Couldn't get eno

    My only complaint is how short this book was! I Couldn't get enough of Gary Keller's ideas. He really talks to you in this book like your sitting right next to him. Well written book and if your future is in real estate, you should not pass on this book. Again as I must say, excellent.

    Not very descriptive

    It's like reading what a motivational speaker would write down for there notes. There really is no true insight to operations. Just a bunch of pep talk.

    Build your career by understanding what the best do

    This is a very well written and easily readable book from Gary Keller, who interviewed many of the country's top agents to find commonalities between them.

    This book is the result of the research to determine what works and what doesn't work to get ahead in the real estate world.
