    'You are a very convincing writer'

    Barry and Jeff;

    I would like to share my overall impression of your work: You are a very convincing writer. I have to say that it is obvious that you have done a significant amount planning and preparation in crafting your work. You have really considered your audience in your writing by adding details that add to the credibility of your writing. In your work, your narrative voice is just great - very familiar and easy to follow. Your characters are round and well developed and your plot so engaging. I have to say that you have written an excellent piece here. It looks to me like you have meticulously gone through your document revising and smoothing things out. It flows very nicely. It is one that should be well received by a wide audience.

    We look forward to working with you on your book project. Congratulations again.

    Sincerely,

    Lisa Conner

    As I read I felt I was part of the story and it captivated me.......

    We have all had questions and speculated about the first humans who inhabited the Earth, and probably also wondered about other intelligent living beings on other planets. We couldn't be the only ones right?
    And we have all had conflicts, torn between a Supreme being 'God', and an evil being 'Lucifer', or simply 'good vs evil'. And most of us have felt that we were someone else in another life or re-incarnated at some time or another. Ever hear the saying 'The Devil made me do it'? or 'My Guardian Angel is watching over me'?

    Many questions and answers about the mystery of it all is superbly captured by authors Barry M. Carlos and Jeffrey Allen Micheli in their book 'Missing', Kidnapping the Image of God. They give a divergent perspective on the Theories about the origin of Man, God and the Devil.
    One easily can get absorbed and captivated by the characters. And I can relate to that by the dreams I've had after an evening of reading.
    It is remarkable that after thousands and thousands of years the good and the evil exist today. "They" are all around us!

    I love mysteries and the title 'Missing' Kidnapping the Image of God attracted my attention and 'Missing' did not disappoint!

    Step aside Mr. Dan Brown

    "Step aside Mr. Dan Brown and your hugely successful literary contribution, "The Da Vinci Code". Now, it's time for Barry M. Carlos and Jeffrey A. Michelli to take over the spotlight with their surprisingly spell-binding saga, "MISSING - The Kidnapping of God". Cleverly teaming imaginative mythological inventiveness with creative theology, the Mister's, Carlos and Michelli, weave an enchanting tale of right and wrong, good and evil, guilt and innocence and life and death, leaving the reader (long after he turns the last page), philosophically pondering the resultant effect of fanciful words put to paper. Needless to say, it was gratifying to learn, there is a sequel planned. Barbara Lawrence, Author & Columnist
