    Must Have Book.

I bought this book two years ago when I first started to get interested in MMA. This book covers the basics for striking, BJJ, and some ground and pound. The best part of this book was the BJJ! I loved how each move was broken down, sometimes from other angles, into basic movements. This made it very easy to learn the basics and some more difficult moves. GREAT BOOK!

    All you need right here!

This is a very good read from start to finish, outlining dozens of MMA techniques. Even if you don't want to be a MMA fighter, you can use some of these techniques to defend yourself or to get in shape. includes a couple of circuit training programs and lots of advice from BJ. Get this book if you are serious about MMA.
