Each of the 19 projects in this book are written by a different author What a great way to get a sample of each of these authors to help you decide if one particular one is your style. Or better yet, just do them all.Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
After a one page introduction, the pattern instructions start with the color photo of the item. Finished quilt and block size are found with a small paragraph about the quilt. Material and cutting lists are clear but not written as a list as it has more in-depth explanations of the process. Any templates needed are provided at full size.
Tips can be found throughout the book in colored headed boxes. Graphics are sufficient to make sure you are on the right path. A URL is provided for more detailed finishing techniques. Each author’s bio is found at the end of the project they wrote along with their web site.
The colors of the quilts are all over the place as each author has their own tastes – like you and I do. So be sure to look at the patterns – and if the colors don’t suit you, change them and make the projects in your own style.
