    This book is on my kitchen counter, putting it away would be a waste each day as I look to it for inspiration or to cook up one of my new tried-and-trues from the book nearly every day! I have been telling everyone I know about it, my kids call themselves 'ki-delicious' as they take pride in trying colorful, flavorful, nutritious foods at every meal. Granola is great, tofu scramble is great, the hummus is so fast you can't buy it any quicker, and we've tried almost every dinner recipe and keep using them over and over! Anyone feeding a family, or for that matter, cooking for themselves, should have this book!

    she rocks!

    my husband was put on a restricted salt diet. we picked this up and haven't turned back! every recipe in this book so far has been great. we added different mrs. dash flavors to a few but for most, they are perfect as is and are so easy to make. The kids like them and we feel so much better with all the health-dense foods used! We can't wait for the next one!!!!!

    I read this book cover to cover the first night I picked it up! domenica introduces a way of life as well as fast, fresh and healthy recipes that don't really taste like 'health food'. I recommend this book to everyone (not just moms!) who wants to get back to a more simple and proactive way of life.
