    Most Highly Recommended

    As a mother, I can certainly relate to this book. These are the same emotions I had with my own daughter and I am sure the same hopes and dreams my own mother had for me. The mother-daughter relationship is special and this book explores that special relationship from birth through childhood and adulthood. A must read.

    Highly Recommended

    This is an interesting story about a mother who prayed for the safety and health of her daughter. Trusting God to help her grow into a woman sure of herself. A mother who considers her daughter a gift from above, whether she was playing, her first day at school, off to college or getting married, she let her know… quote “You are God’s gifts to me, forever you will be”.

    Like the Author said, Mommy Whispers is a keepsake children’s book that depicts the special relationship between a mother and her daughter through each stage of their lives and ultimately, the power of prayer and faith in God through it all.

    I highly recommend this book to all mothers, grandmothers and mothers-to-be. Read it because it is full of love.

    Love It!!!

    "Mommy Whispers" is about a mother and her daughter and the mother's love towards her daughter. The message I receive from this book is that no matter how old your daughter is, she will always be your gift, your gift from God.

    I absolutely love this book! I love the message behind it as well and I find myself thinking about the particular quote throughout the day and have found myself saying it to my daughter as she is going to sleep at night, because truly she is my gift from God, our miracle baby girl.

    "You are God's gift to me, forever you will be"

    Beautiful story of a mother's love

    Mommy Whispers by Jenny Lee Sulpizio & Peg Lozier is a great gift book for a mother and daughter. First Mia's review: The book was about a mommy and her baby girl growing up. The mommy prayed for her little girl pretty much every day. My favorite parts were I felt happy for her when she got married. I also liked it when she was a toddler. I learned that God is always with you and Mommy will always love you. If I were to tell somebody about this book, I would say: You have to read this book because it is very important and for a Christian. Now my review: This was a very interesting book to read with my little girl, especially because I also have a teenage daughter. As the story follows the daughter from infancy to childhood to teen years and to her own daughter, the writer captures poignant moments between mother and child. At each step along the way, the mother prays over her daughter, always finishing with "You are God's gift to me, forever you will be." Lozier's artwork is very pretty, the colors lovely and engaging to the eye. I teared up a few times while reading, there is an intimacy to the illustrations that makes them feel almost like pictures in a scrapbook. This book has the potential to become a family favorite like Robert Munsch's I'll Love You Forever. With the repeated refrain, little girls will love cuddling in their mommy's lap and hearing her whisper her own words of love.

    Perfect Gift for any Mommy or Daughter.

    I enjoyed sharing Mommy Whispers with my children and at one point it brought tears to my eyes as I thought how special it must be for my mom to see me blossom into a woman. I cherish my children and know these days of childhood will soon be little more than a memory. I imagine that's how my mom felt as my siblings and I grew up. I also know my mom prayed for us at each stage of our lives and reminded us whenever we were in doubt to pray for direction. Mommy Whispers would make a great gift for any daughter to gift to her mom.

    Highly recommended

    This book is special. Mothers who have seen their daughters grow up and start a family of their own can certainly relate to this book. It does evoke a certain sense of nostalgia and awakens emotions that may have been dormant for years. I highly recommend this book.
