How much fun it must be to be a baby monster! This book is about a baby monster troll whose mom is going out for the evening and will have a babysitter for the night. Tiny Troll pouts and pulls on his mommy and even refuses to kiss his mom goodbye. But, it is just because he loves his mommy so much he doesn’t want her to leave. After his mom leaves, he throws a lot of temper tantrums and Mrs. Hag, the babysitter, is very patient with him and tries to make him feel better by offering him his favorite drink, warm mudmilk and reading him a bedtime story. He pouts and pouts and cries for his mommy while calling her a mean mommy. He then smells something yummy and goes to see what it is. Mrs. Hag has made fresh warm mudmilk and Tiny Troll wants to know if it will make him stop crying.
“Does mudmilk make crying go away?”
This is a very cute book and great for all ages. The artwork is very unique and the little troll is so adorable!
