Happiness is Moo, Baa, La La La!
If I had to sum this book up in one word it would be FUN! We received this book as a gift; it was one of the first books that my 6 month old daughter and I read together. She loves the bright colors, animals and most of all the rhyming rhythm that this book supplies. In fact, this is one of her favorite books. Even when the book is no where in sight, if she is having a cranky moment...just saying Moo, Baa, La La La! snaps her right out of it and she is suddenly smiling! Wonderfully simplistic book! I highly recommend it!

Boynton classic!
A must have for any kid's library. This book has survived our three kids. Our last is 2 1/2 and this is one of her favorites. It teaches animals and animal sounds with no effort! Plus, it is a first step in reading, as all my kids were able to essentially "read" this book before they could read. Fun pictures and silly rhyming, what more could you ask for?

Love Sandra Boynton books
My grandson is nearly 17 months old and loves this book. He comes into my home office and hands me the book and, of course, I have to read it. The pigs that go "La, la, la" always make him smile.

Great book!
A perfect book for babies and toddlers! Both of my kids loved this book from before they could even walk.

Boynton writes great books, we have several. We found this story to be just okay.... guess maybe for someone younger than my 2 1/2 yr old.

Great book!
My kids own all of the books by Sandra Boyton. I must say they are great for night time stories. I would say ages 2-4, good buy they are short but good. My two cents...

Disappointing
Great little book, but a poorly renditioned e-book version. The pinch & stretch feature works, but not in any any way that benefits the reader. Also there is no interactivity in any other way that my little ones have quickly come to expect. (ie: no touchable words to aide reading skills or touchable figures that make a noise or perform an action)
This book should be upgraded ASAP.0 out of 1 people found this review helpful.

Caveat Emptor: this is NOT the interactive version!
I was in a hurry and browsing from my Nook. I thought this was the Loud Cow version of the book, similar to the "Good Night Book" that my 2 year old loves so much. To my disgust, it is simply a static book with a not-too-exciting narrator that costs *exactly the same as the fun version.* Very, very frustrated and wish I could get my money back.

This version might be worth a buck, if I was feeling generous... -

Forget the babies!
I mean, it's obviously for the babies, but your older children will love it, too. I just turned 15, and guess what- it's still one of my favorite books. Of course by now I'm much more reading advanced, but I love to linger on the utter nonsense that kind of makes sense in a way, on the wonderful puctures that help make Sandra Boynton a must for me. Happy reading!

Singing Pigs - What can be More Fun?
I give this book for a baby gift all the time! My grandchildren have all loved it - it is one of the first books they became really engaged with. My (now) 17 month old granddaughter loves to "read" this book, even saying "No, no, no." on the singing pig page. Read it aloud - you, and your child, will love it!

GREAT boardbook for babies!
My 11-month-old daughter LOVES this book! The boarded pages are glossy, easy for her to turn, and easy to wipe down when she chews on the pages. The pictures are engaging and colorful. It's a great book to practice basic animal sounds and point out different types of animals. There is even a page of singing/dancing pigs which my daughter thinks is very funny. Definitely a nice book to add to your baby's library.

Moo, Baa, La, La, La Review
My entire family did enjoy the book. It was simplistic, but that is also what made it fun for my 22 month old. The illustrations were colorful and fun! As a mother, I wanted a little more depth to the book. Overall, it continues to be a fun book for all!

Great Gift
This book and others by Sandra Boynton are wonderful to read to infants on up. I bought these books for my own children when they first came out. I never fail to buy them as the main or the "add on" gift for the new baby.

The illustrations are cheerful and the contents are always wonderfully teaching, poetic and a delight to the children who hear them. -
A Book for the Ages
I have read Sandra Boynton's books to all my grandkids. The stories are funny and the drawings are flat-out goofy fun. My younger grands can enjoy the colorful and amusing art and I get to read these charming books to them. I have six grandchildren and they all have grown up, or are growing up, reading Boynton's wonderful books. Grandchild Number Seven is due in a few months and we already have started sending her these books. Moo, Bah, La La La was the one with which I started her collection and it is a delight.

Grunts and Giggles with every read!
My 18-month old got this book for Christmas and loves it. The pictures elicit giggles as he happily learns animal sounds. He returns to our laps several times a night with this book in hand....always with a grin on his face!
