Overall, a pretty good book, except the recipe for the Kale Chip
Overall, a pretty good book, except the recipe for the Kale Chips. Kale Chips need to be made in a dehydrator to preserve the nutrients otherwise, what's the point? I make awesome kale chips and would never dream of placing them in my oven! Also, I'm not particularly impressed with vegan authors who use a lot of soy products (tofu & tempeh) for their main courses.Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
