    more from this reviewer

    Highly Recommended

This was a sweet and perfectly lengthed novella about a painfully shy man trying to overcome his issues. I thought Mark's anxiety and lonely existence was conveyed very well, I could feel my heart-rate picking up along with his as he got into difficult social situations because I was so anxious for him.

The pace was perfect, although I did get a little antsy in the last chapter or two and started skimming irrelevant stuff (non-dialogue) because I was so eager to get to the end and see their HEA. They did a great job of having well-developed side characters like Lisa, Pete, and Claire, which unfortunately is not often the case in novella's.

    Flamewing

She was racing after a bird. She caught it and lept down from a tree. The leafbare coldness had made her more energetic. She started to stalk a well fed squirrel. The squirrel was killed eith two more. She then caught and killed two fat carps and three overfed mice. She loaded the prey onto her back and carried it back home.
