    Great insights into food addiction

I loved this book. Jeff relates exactly what my struggles have been with food. For those who think there should be a conclusion when the book ends, there really is no conclusion to fighting an addiction. It is an ongoing battle and food addiction is one of the least understood.

I appreciated his honesty in relating situations that were embarrassing to him all in the name of helping the reader to understand his and so many others' fight with food addiction. Great job, Jeff!

    My Footprint, maybe not

I found the book to be rather boring at times. I expected more depth, given the title.
Obesity and the enviroment are two major areas that I never thought of as being connected. It was this connection that tempted me to puchase the book.
The author starts off by catching the readers attention with his personal issues, but somewhere toward the middle of the book boredom sets in, and you just want to get the book over with . I hoped to see the author pick up my interest near the end, bt that did not occur. A new spin on obesity , that is interesting but, it wasn't.
This is a book that, I will read once an give to charity. It did not win a place on my bookselves
