    Read This!

This is an excellent book. It's about Sunday of course and her newlywed husband. Sunday gets kidnapped and it's a race to return her to home unhurt. Sunday makes a tape to send to her husband so he can find her, and also leaves clues to figure out who her capturer is. After she is returned home safely, two more mysteries unfold right before her and her husbands eyes!

    a wonderful sleuthing mystery

This book is not only for adults it can be read by kids also(I am only 11 years old). My mom told me about them because I am really interested in mystery.I liked this book because it sucked you into the plot, made you think about 'who done it', and had two great main characters. If you enjoy this book half as much as I did, then you will defiantly love this book.

    more from this reviewer

Has Mary Higgins Clark just lost it in My Gal Sunday?

Unbelievably stupid! I know it is supposed to be fiction, but a 44-year old[!] ex-President married to a 32 year old (or 27) depending on whether you accept the text or the flyleaf commentary, Congresswoman who worked her way through college and through law school, served as an Assistant DA and managed to get elected from Tarrytown NY, a bastion of very old money, overstrains all bounds of believability.
The Secret Service Agents are ridiculously un-authentic, too. And that this upper-class-looking beauty should manage to get all the info to solve a case from one conversation with an obviously mobbed-up and recently released felon, that's just silly.

Add to this, the most inane conversations, suitable for a book from the 1930s makes this book too boring to finish. Save your pennies.

    Heart-Warming Suspense!

"My Gal Sunday" was one of the most captivating short story collections I have ever laid eyes on. You will truly get to know Henry and Sunday Britland through four journeys that are in a word,"Unforgettable." You will envy the Britlands for the life they lead and the adventures the have together. This is a Must Read and I hope that Clark will write more about Henry and Sunday.
