Teh best mexican cook, for a gringa!!!
I have known about Diana Kennedy's magnificent talents in the Mexican kitchen since the late 70's. I still have her book The Cuisines of Mexico from 1985. I think she is the best at, not only cooking, but explaining in detail the ingredients, the best way, the best products...everything about her books are wonderful. I recently purchased another book--after wearing down the old faithful one...she gets better and better. There is no one like her!!!
