    The robot book that is sweaping the nation.

    The story is about a boy and his robot. The setting is down a dirt road in the future characters Danny the robot and Jack human. Jack gets Danny by begging his parents and acting like a robot. Jack gets Danny from ATKINS ROBOT, INK. Danny is programmed to climb trees, pay football, play baseball, play kickball, fish, and carry on general conversation. Danny has a fourth grade education. Jack wants Danny because he has no one to play with. Jack and Danny almost get captured by a robotnaper. Jack¿s family gets rich because his dad uses Danny for a mobile telephone for five days. I think the theme of this book is friendship. I think it is friendship because Jack gets to design Danny and program him to do almost everything he wants to do so they will be really good friends. Jack and Danny help each other like real buddies do. This book is great for forth and fifth grade student. This book is a fifth grade level A.R. book. I would recommend this book to other students because it is a great children¿s book.
