    Tremendous read!

This is a wonderful book about typical sibling rivalry paired with the love between a brother and sister. Patricia Polacco once again uses her own childhood to create a funny, touching, easy-to-relate-to story. I read it to my classes from 3rd to 5th grades and all enjoyed it! You will too!

Sibling rivalry at its best! Lots of fun, underscored with love.

This story will be appreciated by anyone who has had an older brother or younger sister. The teasing and taunting challenges that go on between the two characters are so typical. As the younger sister, Tricia never seems to measure up. But, when all is said and done, her big brother Richie, watches out for her and his true feelings of affection shine through. Makes a great read aloud for ages 7 and up.

    My Redheaded Olrder Brother

This book inspires me because when my mom was pregnant I
wanted it to be a girl because I didn't want to share my toys but it turn out to be a boy.
So when my redheaded little brother Dorian tured 1 year old he started to be a little wesle and I started to hate him.
Well as long as he is my little redheaded little brother i'll still love him.
