    AWESOME book!

This book is awesome. It's got all the right things that should be in a mystery. It kept me guessing until the end. The situations that occur are very creepy and funny. Very good read.

    What a mystery!!

This book has a mystery about I.M. Fine. When I read it I was so interested in it. Two kids, Franny and Beamer try to find some things about him/her, but they can't find any thing until they're in her house and they find something about her in her first book in the series. Franny and Beamer heard her coming into the house with her dog, Jake and he clawes and barks at the closet door and Ida opened the door and said she would call the police and the two kids escaped when she got to the phone. This book is really cool! Her real name is Ida May Fine and the kids thought she was a guy at first.

The Book Review of I.M. Fine

Franny, who just moved into a new town, finds weird things going on. This famous author named I.M. Fine writes best spelling books for children. When a child reads one of the author¿s books, strange things happen. Diane Stanley, the writer of The Mysterious Matter of I.M. Fine writes interesting books. This book is a mystery book, so every page has a cliffhanger. Diane Stanley shows strong friendships in the book, and it felt like that I was a person who was always next to the character or near the area. The end of the book had a shocking ending that anyone would like. When I was reading the book, I made a text-text connection between Franny and one of my favorite characters, Curious George. Franny was curious about lot of stuff, that¿s why she started to find I.M. Fine. Curious George didn¿t get the name for nothing. Trough the entire book, the reader has to think about what¿s going to happen next, what the characters are going to do, and what their plans are. As I read the book it helped me, by thinking about answers to those questions.
