    Fascinating Book!!

Myself and most of my friends, from atheists to deeply religious folks, believed that a "Jesus" walked the earth that later grew into the myth or the reality of the Jesus of miracles, etc. In his destruction of the ten myths, Fitzgerald approaches them with different points of attack, so even when I didn't completely agree with him on an argument or wasn't swayed by his argument, he had many approaches to challenge each myth. The weight of the totality of his arguments per myth was overwhelming to me - I am now convinced there never was even a regular "Jesus" that became the mythical Jesus.

Even if one already believes there was not a Jesus, or one will remain convinced there was a Jesus, simply reading about the historians of the time, how the world functioned in those times, how the bible was written and revised over time and many other aspects of the period was fascinating to me. Great read (and a quick, easy read, too)
