    read between the lines

I think Kevin's advice is valid but many things he writes about are expensive and not affordable to the average person. Most people don't have their own fruit orchards in their backyard and don't have all day to decide how they will make a completely natural all organic meal with fresh ingredients. After reading this book, I made some immediate changes to my lifestyle and some of his recommendations I will not worry about!

If you take away a lot of the ranting, and focused on the natural remedies, the book would be a lot smaller, but it would still be a good book. I found helpful information, but had to pull it out from in between all the repetitive discussion about the FDA, government, medical industry, etc.

    Eye opening

This book helped to answer alot of questions I had. It also supports what I have thought all along as to the reason so many people are sick, and are getting cancer at a younger and younger age. I know it has made me change even more things in my day to day life. Its a must read for the open minded person.

    very enlightening.

After reading the book it affirmed for me that we need to take ownership of our health care and our medical society would be better served if we acknowledged the advancements other cultures have had for centurys using natural cures. It also affirmed my understanding of what control insurance companies have in our medical care. Scary!!

    Mind boggling

It brings in a whole new prespective about the FDA, FTC,the goverment...etc It talks about how the government is supporting other things to infect you with diseases. I in fact enjoyed the book very much. But he should of had more info on the remedies and cures for the diseases.
