    Great Book

Great entry into the series. Good read on it's own, but better if you know the back stories to the series.

This is a terrific paranormal whodunit

In the Las Vegas Sun casino, entertainer Jessy Sparhawk wins quite a lot of money at the craps table. Before the Lakota Sioux can rejoice over her gambling winnings, bodyguard Tanner Green falls on top of Jessy. Not moving once he lands on her, Tanner is dead from a knife in his back. Private investigator part Paiute Dillon Wolf pulls the body off of her.

Soon after the Tanner death, a second person who works at the Sun is murdered as the killer is cleaning the crime links, which makes Jessy a potential target. The victim, a parking lot attendant, had witnessed Tanner leave a limo just before his murder. Dillon and LVPD homicide detective Jerry Cheever investigate the two related murders in different manners. Dillon is a nightwalker, as is Jessy now since Green made direct contact by falling on her, as she keeps "seeing" him. Dillon talks with the witnesses, ghosts. He learns that nearby ghost-town Indigo, Nevada is apparently the location of a violent confrontation between the paranormal and human as it once was the location of a nasty gunfight in its old west heyday.

This is a terrific paranormal whodunit starring an intriguing hero, a dedicated cop, and a stunned entertainer whose relative world will never be the same after Green's pinpoint landing. The support cast, living and ghosts enhance the exciting story line by either adding to the investigation or to the Nightwalker ESP skill. The romance remains somewhat in the backdrop as keeping Jessy alive and catching the DEATH DEALER culprit are the objectives superseding his attraction.

    Spell Bound

I love this author and her writing. I have read all of her books I believe. She keeps the action going and makes a reader just want to keep going and forget everything else.
I enjoy writers of the paranormal. I know many people do not believe in
the paranormal but I do and to find out different "talents" fascinates me. I don't like the dark writings though so this just suits my taste.
I guess it could be said reading is my hobby so it takes a bit to for a reader to keep my interest.
I was glad to find this book.

    great mix

First time I've read Heather Graham, won't be the last. Good mix of mystery, superstition, and a touch of graphic 'romance'. Ok, so the romance was blah - but Native American ghosts recreating a massacre in order to recover a vein of gold for a tribe that needs the cash? Sure thing. Granted, if the title were "Indigo" I would have read it sooner!

    Nightwalker

I enjoyed this book. I enjoyed the characters and the plot. My husband and I own timeshare's in Vegas and so I have been around the casino's a lot. We have also visited lots of ghost towns. Mostly in Arizona and so I could get into the book very well. We like haunted hotels as well so it had lots of things that were exciting to me. I could not put the book down until I finished it. Heather has a way of keeping the who done it from you until the very end and keeping you enterested all the way through. The books I recommend below are three of Heather's civil war books which are also very good.
