    Disappointing

While I applaud Mr. Delay's faith, he certainly failed to link his 'unfaithful' and criminal behavior in Congress to how he was supposed to help make America a better place. He was certainly very fortunate that the rules committee in Congress made every effort to protect his legacy from being officially characterized as criminal. The book spends too much time talking about how great a person he is rather than addressing the stone cold facts that he did a lot of shady things in office that should humble him considerably. He tries to mask his egregious misbehavior by pointing out all the positive things he did.

    a real crusader

I was very pleased to read tom delays new autobiography 'no retreat no surrender' I knew that there were aligations agaist him but the news never seem to tell the whole story or who was behind it or why they wanted to take his career down. after reading this book I found out that tom delay was a deeply commited christian and in this publication he spoke about his testamony and his faith never did the media ever speak out agaist his walk of faith. I really enjoyed reading this bestseller because it was about a politican who stood by their principles no matter what the costs. thats great ethics!
