Recently my Daughter was diagnosed with allergies to wheat, milk and eggs. No Wheat, No Dairy - No Problem is user friendly, practical, and educational.
I looked and purchased other cookbooks but they used ingredients that I had never heard of and were not practical, especially when you are working on learning how to cook and prepare meals all over again. Since reading the cookbook, I have discovered many new ways to remake my old recipes even. She has a resource section that helps decode ingredient list on foods. I am sure I will be looking into her other books as well.
