A must have for everyone who works out!
I've been working out for most of my life and nutrition has always been a major focus. I've always prided myself on knowing how to get the best results from my fitness and nutrition program however after reading Nutrient Timing for Peak Performance, I realized that I could tweak my nutritional program and with this book's expert info and direction, I did just that and it worked. I saw a difference in my energy level as well as the way my body felt. This book is truly a must have for both pros and non-pros to gain maximum results. I also gave the book to my personal trainer who gave it a thumbs up for its content and direction! Four words...buy and read it!
