    USEFUL & HELPFUL

Having just been diagnosed with diabetes, I ordered several books on the problem. Expecting to having to eat plain, tasteless food, I found this booklet extremely helpful. Also, the size is just right for carrying in my purse. It is comprehensive, covering almost every kind of food available, including how to count fast food.

    A great help

Having been recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, I wasn't sure where to turn. This easily portable book has been a life saver. I know how much to eat but wasn't sure what I could eat. I was under the impression that everything 'good' was off limits. Thanks to this little gem I can easily plan my meals at home and in restaurants.

    Useful tool

This is a useful tool that is easy to carry and use for reference. Easy to keep handy which makes it more useful than something with a lot more information. Good for travel also.Takes only a little review and is generally good for general fool uses. Ideal for travel and reference.

    Great Tool for Insulin Pumpers

This book is a wonderful tool for those of us who use the insulin pump! We only need to count carbs and all that information is completely accessible and understandable in this conveniently sized publication. I have highly recommended it to thousands of people who are pumping insulin. It is well worth the price.

this is not worth the $

This book was over priced and over rated. The info from a diabetic nurse is better and free. The best exchange book is 'The Diabetes Carb & Fat Gram Guide. Pay a few $ more to get something worth having to use

    Excellent Guide

I got this for my sister in law who was recently diagnosed with Diabetes 2. She loves this book and carries it in her purse. She says it is the best book for her to use when we go out to eat.
