    Just as Hot

'On Fire II' is just as hot as their first story, but this one takes a darker turn as Sammy deals with intolerance and Robert's stubborn attitude after an injury. Sammy and Robert have been together for seven years now, happy and settled into their lives together. They've moved to a small town where Robert is the adored fire chief and Sammy teaches third grade. Complications further arise when Sammy and Robert decide to get married to shut up a few narrow-minded parents that think Sammy is setting a bad example for his students by 'living in sin' with Robert. Sammy's dad returns in the sequel, more accepting of their relationship now and a good friend to Robert. The dad was such a delightful character from the first story, so it was a real treat to see him again. The dad becomes the calming influence (referee) between Robert and Sammy, when Sammy (in typical Sammy fashion) plans the wedding of his dreams. Robert has his hands full again with Sammy, in more ways than one. Another great read that had me laughing, crying and on fire.
