A Book for Our Time
Here are practical, actionable techniques for feeling and functioning better. It’s a book for our time, accepting our culture of technology and time stress as the reality in which we must live, and providing the tools to make life here better in fundamental and lasting ways. True to its title, the book’s 50 chapters can each be read on separate days, with each one providing a relaxing calm that has made me better prepared to make the best of whatever else the day may bring.
