Wonderful for the beginning sales person
This is an easy read, and it gets to the point. It's a good start for those beginning in sales or customer service. It can help you see what the right attitudes are. I have a new and refreshed outlook on selling.
After reading this book I have rekindled my enthusiasm for selling. Using the methods described in this book I feel no stress or pressure to sell something to someone.
