I found the CD to be a little dry. The information itself was pretty good but I wasn't crazy about the delivery. I found it hard to keep interest and had to force myself to listen to the entire recording. I would say its worth the price but find other books/cd's as a supplement to this one. The writers seem to be really nice people.
