The Midlife Fat Cell is something every woman in perimenopause and menopause should read.
Typically, I am someone who loves to read all the details and medical information associated with a condition. I was recently diagnosed as being in peri-menopause. This book really helped me in accepting where I am today, where I will be in the future and has provided me the necessary tools to cope with the symptoms associated with perimenopause. There are no strict diets (which I don't diet, so would never work for me). There is pratical information and guidance any woman can follow. It was just what I needed to read.Was this review helpful?
