I am 12 and I used to weigh a whooping 90 pounds. My best friend got a new bike for her birthday and when mine came arround I got one too. We live in a really small neighbrhood so she suggested we go riding together. We went and it was really fun. That day we went three miles. After that we went every day. Then we went running too. We decuded to do my moms workout videos to. And we got this great eat right program. We did that every day for three weeks and I lost fifteen pounds. We still fo it but I eat a little more junk to make sure I dont lose too much. Now I weigh 83 pounds and I acctually have a six pack. So the messge is either ride run or workout plus eat right and you will lose I guarentee
