Great book. Getting older with more aches & pains and knowing the reasons why seem so simple after reading this book. I did the exercises for older women and I was actually sore. They don't seem very hard just looking at the pics but the ankle circles make you realize how much your body is out of alignment. Buy it, read it and as they say just do it!Was this review helpful?
