    A great holiday read...

Putting the meaning back into Christmas with this heartfelt holiday story. I loved it and can see a few of these as gifts this year.

    I Also Recommend:

Good for the author's first book

There are some technical flaws and a few leaps in plausible credibility (especially in the parents' and hospital staff's lack of concern about child endangerment), but the story is definitely worth telling. It is set mainly in a children's cancer ward, using laughter and tears to reveal the true spirit of Christmas. I enjoyed it a lot.

    I Also Recommend:

Heartwarming, Thought provoking Children's Christmas Story

As the mother of a small child dealing with cancer, I was hesitant to pick up this book. But, the story quickly drew me in and I was impressed by the care and detail taken by the author. It's not easy for everyone to understand what a child and family goes through when dealing with a major medical issue. Read this book and remember what Christmas is really all about.
