One of the Best Parenting Books

This is so useful, pratical, and easy to follow. It does assume your prenting goal is to raise children ho will be resonsible, confident cpable adults ith high self esteem. My therapist recommended it to me and if I could ( I can't), i'd buy a copy for everyone I know.

Mom of thre kids, ages 12,9, and 5

    A Must Buy!

Wonderful book. Contains very practical advice on how to change your wording when speaking to your children. I began reading the book one day and using the advice the next--with instantaneous results! Differs from other parenting books in that it doesn't contain alot of vague situational advice. It has very specific instances of the types of phrases parents typically use, and very specific instances of how to reword those phrases into something more effective.
