    libera comes through again!!

As a Libera fan for eons, I have almost all of their previous CDs (& have played them over & over & over!) This new CD is one of the BEST -- their ethereal voices fill the listener's heart with inspiration, joy and PEACE (the title of the CD!) Since the boys in the choir change every few years, each Libera collection is done with a different group. One of the (small) frustrations of past collections is the repetition of previous recorded songs. This time, however, almost all the selections are new (expect maybe one) and they are AWESOMELY UPLIFTING. Especially appreciate the lyrics included with the liner notes & also, the new music display at our local B&N where this was quickly procured after an oh-so- brief listening....now, a few weeks later, have played every day & really, really enjoy!

    Libera

For any fan of Libera's earlier recordings, this is a must buy. The boys retain their unique yet classic sound and form beautiful music for the ages. My favorite track off of this 13 track CD is track number five which is titled Gaelic Blessing (Deep Peace). It is just a beautiful vocal with accompanying instrumentals and makes me want to just stop whatever I am doing and enjoy the glorious music that is playing in the background. Go out and buy this, the rest of the world certainly will.
