A must read. Practical and fascinating. It changed my view on health and self care.

Once I opened the first page of this book I could hardly stop reading it. It is as deep and practical as it is easy to read. It gave me the most valuable knowledge on Indian Ayurvedic medicine, a deeper understanding of my body type, and how to use -- in daily life -- simple techniques and the appropriate food to keep or recover health ... I strongly recommed this book to anyone willing to either recover or keep a good mind-body health.

    Great manual for daily use!

The information is written in an easy to read and easy to understand manner. Very helpful where the typical doctor fails to identify the reason for odd symptoms that overtime become debilitating. Thank you Deepak!

    Perfect Health by Deepak Chopra

I found the body type assessment very helpful and learned I was a vada type. Just by adding the recommended food types to my diet as recommended in the book, I have increased energy and clearness of thought.
A great book for anyone who wants to learn about how to eat better from a fresh perspective.

There is also so much in the volume I have not addressed yet, and I look forward to continuing to learn how to access and gain optimum health from Deepak's perspective. This book really works for me.

The best reference book on Ayurvedic healing

You can never fail in getting the most accurate and up to date reading from any book from Dr. Deepak Chopra. He makes difficult concepts a breeze to understand, as long as you are interested and willing.

    Good Overview.
This book provides a good overview, and of course there are items that are needed in order to practice Ayruveda.
Where better to get the items that they use at the perfect health retreat than the source.?  A good book for an alternative way for
those who can not actually go or to keep the practice going once they are back in real life.  And yes, sometimes we need a little
help from others to learn how to do something.
